个人简介

黄兴淮,男,工学博士,中共党员。博士毕业于必威betway西汉姆,研究方向为工程结构灾害防治。现任科技部批重大基础设施智慧防灾“一带一路”联合实验室副主任,多个JCR二区期刊客座主编。主持或参与的科研项目包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划、国家自然基金重点项目、美国自然科学基金项目、江苏省科技计划支撑项目等。已发表论文40余篇,获授权专利16项。曾获中国建筑材料联合会技术发明一等奖,日内瓦国际发明博览会金奖。
